Oh, yes: you wanna be there, Road Trips Foodies. The next Food & Wine Classic takes place in Aspen, Colorado, June 14, 15, and 16, 2019.
It’s so popular that there’s no schedule posted on line yet, no list of participating chefs, and precious few details. Except the tickets are on sale now online. The platinum passes ($3,950) are already sold out, but consumer passes ($1,600) are still available.
You just have to take it on faith that there will be “three incredible days of cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, and panel discussions led by world-class chefs and wine experts”.
