Open Restaurants Festival in Jerusalem
The third Open Restaurants Festival in Jerusalem, Israel, will include open kitchens, private tours, food talks, art, and culture that celebrates the multicultural city.
During the event November 13 through 17, 2018, visitors will enjoy a variety of authentic menus and behind-the-scenes access into many of the city’s restaurants while also offering a glimpse of the “undiscovered” cuisines hidden among the city’s souks.
One highlight will be a Fashion and Food exhibition at the Israel Museum led by Chef Asaf Granit. There also will be food tours (including a foraging trip into the Jerusalem hills), food talks (including a panel of Haredi women entrepreneurs in the culinary arts), sessions just for kids, and many special events.
