A 52-Foot-Tall Pineapple? Why Not?

Big Pineapple, Queensland, AustraliaBack in the very early 1970s, somebody thought it was a good idea to build a 52-foot-tall pineapple along Nambour Connection Road, Woombye, Sunshine Coast Region, Queensland, Australia.

Also known as the Sunshine Plantation, the Big Pineapple was added to the Queensland Heritage Register in 2009.
