Planning a trip across the pond next year, Road Trips Foodies?
A new cookery school will open at The Grand Hotel, York, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom, in March 2019.
Sessions will include half-day and full day courses, with guests learning how to prepare authentic dishes, with “fresh local produce at the heart of each creation”.
The cookery school will have 16 workstations equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, and “premium” cookery equipment. There will also be a screening room for lectures, talks, and non-cooking demonstrations.
