Ducasse sur Seine – A New Parisian Dining Experience
Here’s an elegant new way to dine in Paris, Road Trips Foodies: aboard a river boat on the Seine.
Ducasse sur Seine isn’t just any dinner cruise in the capital of France: it’s an experience curated by Chef Alain Ducasse.
There are three choices for lunch on board, ranging from 100 euros to 250 euros per person. “Déjeuner sur Seine” cruises past Paris museums on the new all-electric boat that’s said to be the largest in the world.
The evening meal (“Nuit étoilée”) ranges from 150 euros per person to a somewhat astonishing 500 euros (this “top” choice, which also can be booked for lunch) includes Champagne and ends in front of the Eiffel Tower.
Looking for something elegant, but not (ahem!) so pricey? You can come aboard for afternoon tea while the boat is docked at the Quai Debilly. The cost is 36 euros with Champagne and 35 euros without.
