National Shrimp Festival
The 47th annual National Shrimp Festival is set for October 11 through 14, 2018, on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Road Trips Foodies can savor “fresh from the Gulf” seafood from the 50 local and regional vendors lining the food boardwalk.
This year the festival will play host to more than 100 hours of musical entertainment featuring a lineup of national, regional and local acts on four stages.
Activities will include an Outdoor Village, featuring fishing, boating; a talent competition and a Sand Sculpture Contest (that’s on Saturday, October 13). Look for a Children’s Activity Village and some 200 vendors of arts and crafts, plus a retail marketplace. 
The Annual National Shrimp Festival is a project of the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber.
