Road Trips Foodies don’t usually think of “salsa” and “Minnesota” in the same sentence, but the folks of Long Prairie are ready to prove, for the second year, that the two go together.
The Minnesota Salsa Fest takes place from 1 to 10 p.m. September 22, 2018, at the Todd County Fairgrounds, 203 Ninth Street NE, Long Prairie, Minnesota.
Come celebrate all things related to salsa, and enjoy local farmers market vendors, demonstrations, live music, food, and (of course) a salsa contest. Cost is $5 per person at the door, but kids 12 and younger get in free.
It’s the signature event of the Central Chapter of Sustainable Farming Association — Minnesota.
