Adelboden à la Carte — a Summer Treat

Fine dining with Adelboden à la carte is scheduled for August 24 through September 9, 2018, in this Alpine region of Switzerland. More than a dozen restaurateurs are participating this year, the third annual event featuring forests as its theme.
Promised are a variety of events, from a five-course meal with crispy forest bread to a practical course about wild mushrooms.
Unfortunately for us monolingual Road Trips Foodies, the schedule is available online only in German.
