The 13th edition of the culinary festival ‘Antwerpen Proeft (Taste of Antwerp)’ takes place alongside the Schelde River at the Waagnatie, Antwerp, Belgium, May 10 through 13, 2018.
It features dishes in a sampling format from local and international restaurants and young talent for 5 or 7.5 euros each.
For the “dish of the day, four chefs will collaborate to produce a limited edition featured entrée. Beer and food pairings will be offered, and at least 10 food trucks will be on hand, serving up their specialties. There also are cooking demonstrations and interactive workshops.
