Road Trips Foodies headed to Switzerland this year will have more than 80 culinary events from which to choose between April and December 2018 during the seventh annual Lausanne à Table.
From fondue dinners and street food to picnics, brunches and cooking workshops, Lausanne à Table is a public celebration in the capital of Vaud of traditional and “cutting-edge” gastronomy in this city overlooking the lake. (There are wine and beer events, too).
One of the highlights of Lausanne à Table is the Miam Festival, set for May 19, 20 and 21, 2018, at Place de la Riponne in Lausanne. It brings together local restaurants, caterers, food trucks, craftspeople, producers and gastronomic shops.
