Mayan Flavors Take Over Shaker Village in March

Bruce Ucan (pictured) of the Mayan Café in Louisville, Kentucky, takes over the Trustees’ Table with a celebration of the flavors and techniques of Mayan cooking.
The Fresh Food Adventure is set for 6:30 to 9 p.m. March 10, 2018, at Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, 3501 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
Tickets are $100.
Each Fresh Food Adventure has an all-inclusive fixed dinner and spirits menu, and special dietary accommodations must be communicated in advance. Availability is limited and advanced registration and non-refundable prepayment required. Fresh Food Adventures are communal dining experiences, and guests should expect to share their table with other dining enthusiasts.
