Hard-Pressed Cider Fest in Oregon
Ready for its fifth year April 21, 2018, the Hard-Pressed Cider Fest gives seasoned and novice cider drinkers alike the chance to sample cider from Hood River County’s very own cider makers, as well as a variety of additional Northwest cideries.
More than 25 cideries will be participating, with more than 50 ciders on tap, from noon to 7 p.m. April 21, 2018, at 3315 Stadelman Drive, Hood River, Oregon. A full event pass, including entry into Cider Fest, five two-ounce taste tokens, and commemorative glass, is $20 at the gate.
The craft cider makers source the apples, pears and other fruits from the 440+ local orchardists, creating ciders that give a taste of Hood River.
There also will be a lineup of local music, and a kids’ area, complete with a bouncy house. Spring showers aren’t a problem, as the tasting area takes place in a covered hall.
