Antigua Celebrates Mangoes

A Mango Festival is set for July 8 and 9, 2018, in the Botanical Gardens. Victoria Park, St. John’s, Antigua.
If you can’t make it to the Caribbean island then, consider attending the Antigua and Barbuda Mango Culinary Competition, taking place June 29, 30 and July 1, 2018, in the Antigua and Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute.
Professional chefs are asked to create savory dishes and desserts using a variety of mangoes from Christian Valley and the ‘Antigua Black’ Pineapples from Cades Bay. The competition is open to the public, and visitors can to watch the chefs as they create their culinary showpieces live, on screens set-up in a nearby room.
