Holiday Teas at Shaker Village in Kentucky
Both adults and kids have special teas scheduled next month in Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, 3501 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
Children’s Tea Time with Mrs. Claus is an afternoon complete with spiced cider, decorated cookies, sandwiches made for little fingers, Christmas caroling and storytelling with Mrs. Claus. Children’s Tea Time is slated for December 2, 9 and 16, 2017, at 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. Cost is $15 per person (and children must be accompanied by a paying adult).
The Trustees’ Table will host Afternoon Teas, featuring cheddar pecan wafers, country ham on chive biscuits, assorted tea sandwiches and a selection of holiday pastries, on December 2, 9 and 16, 2017, from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. for $17 per person.
