It’s the 10th anniversary for the Boudin Cook-Off, set for October 21, 2017, in Parc Sans Souci, Lafayette, Louisiana.
Road Trips Foodies will be able to sample boudin from across Louisiana at this family-friendly event. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Highlights include “the one and only” boudin ball eating contest (it’s at 11:15 a.m.), another boudin eating contest (this one at 12:45 p.m.), boudin cooking demonstration, and a Cajun microwave pig roast and tasting (yes, microwave).
