Wine & Dine Festival in Hong Kong
The ninth annual Wine & Dine Festival takes place in Victoria Harbor’s Central Harborfront in Hong Kong October 26 through 29, 2017.
One of the three featured international master chefs at the festival will be Curtis Duffy (pictured). As the owner and executive chef of the Chicago restaurant Grace, Duffy has been a recipient of three Michelin Stars for four consecutive years, a AAA Five Diamond Award, a James Beard Award, and Food & Wine Magazine‘s ‘Best Innovative Pastry Chef”.
The other two are Singaporean chef Janie Wong, and the Taiwan-born chef Andre Chiang.
The four-day food and wine festival, sponsored by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, will showcase emerging culinary talent from Hong Kong and the world at over 400 individual food and wine booths.
