The 17th annual Kohler Food & Wine Experience takes place October 19 through 22, 2017, at Destination Kohler, 419 Highland Drive, Kohler, Wisconsin.
The epicurean celebration brings together chefs plus culinary and wine tasting experiences over four days.
Some of the main stage chefs are Stephanie Izard, Jack Bishop, and Richard Blais; the complete listing is online. Cooking demonstration/seminars include “the perfect chocolate chip cookie”, “street food from around the world”, and “vegan for everybody”. Again, the complete schedule is online.
Tickets are already on sale, so Road Trips Foodies thinking about going should decide soon. Popular sessions do sell out in advance.
