An Oktoberfest in Cincinnati, Ohio, in August
Germania Society Oktoberfest Cincinnati takes place for the 46th year the last weekend in August.
Hours are 6 p.m. to midnight August 25, 2 p.m. to midnight August 26, and noon to 8 p.m. August 27, 2017. It all takes place in Germania Park, 3529 West Kemper Road, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Look for traditional German food, including sauerkraut balls, Oktoberfest chicken, schwenkbraten, wursts, German pastries, and more, including a variety of German biers, sein, and schnapps.
There’s live German music all weekend, dancing, carnival rides, games for kids (big and little). There’ll be a wide variety of imported German merchandise and gifts, including steins, trachten, and more.
