Traverse City Chocolate Festival
If chocolate is your “drug” of choice, consider attending the Traverse City Chocolate Festival April 30, 2017, in the City Opera House, 106 East Front Street, Traverse City, Michigan.
There are two sessions. The first is 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the second from 2:30 to 5 p.m.
There’ll be tastings and samplings from chocolatiers, chefs and caterers from this region of Northern Michigan and beyond. You’ll get one sample from each vendor. If you want more, it’ll be for sale along with chocolate-themed art, books and more are promised.
If you’re headed to Traverse City just for this fest, Road Trips Foodies, do buy your ticket in advance (last year was a sell-out and there were no tickets at the door). The event is a fundraiser for the Northwest Food Coalition.
