Spain’s Burial of the Sardine
Your Road Trips Foodies supposes that those who’ve dined mostly on sardines for 40 days welcome the end of Lent — but no one does it with more flair than the residents of Murcia, Spain.

This year’s dates are April 21, 22 and 23, 2017.
