Palm Desert Food & Wine Festival
The seventh annual Food & Wine Festival takes place in Palm Desert, California, March 24, 25 and 26, 2017.
There’ll be three days of live cooking demonstrations, grand tastings featuring more than 42 restaurants and 80 wineries, breweries, and spirits purveyors plus cookbook signings in the El Paseo shopping district of the Coachella Valley city.
Kicking off the festivities March 24 is the return of the James Beard Gourmet Luncheon featuring Gail Simmons (pictured), food expert, as the emcee, with four courses prepared by chefs from around the country. Tickets to the various events are available online.
Palm Desert Food & Wine will donate 35 meals to the Coachella Valley’s FIND Food Bank for every festival ticket purchased.
