Sponsored by the New York State Restaurant Association, the show will bring together more than 550 vendors and 16,000 restaurant, foodservice and retail professionals.
In addition to more than 30 educational sessions, all sorts of special events are planned, such as the U.S. Pastry Competition March 5, where the Pastry Chef of the Year will be crowned.
