Haute Mayan Cuisine in Quintana Roo, México
Well, of course, Road Trips Foodies: we’ve all been waiting for the opportunity to dine almost 40 feet above the jungle. In a restaurant on stilts.
Yes: KIN|TOH has debuted in Carretera Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico. (Needless to say, there’s no handicap accessibility.)
It opens at 5 p.m. for cocktails, with dinner served from 6:30 to 11 p.m. The restaurant promises “the best location to gaze at the beautiful Caribbean sunsets” seven days a week.
The menu is still undefined, although Mexican and Mayan infused cuisine using fresh products are promised along with “a wide selection of international spirits and Mexican distillates” and “performances from world renowned artists”.
