‘Cooking in Paradise’ Festival on St. Lucia

The next “Cooking in Paradise” Festival at Jade Mountain Resort on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia takes place March 22 through 26, 2017.
The fest includes a series of culinary events and master classes — from rum mixology and chocolate sensory tasting sessions to paradise cooking classes.
Resident chef Allen Susser will guide guests through the tropical landscape and exotic fruits of St. Lucia, teaching them how to recreate his Caribbean classics.
