Wine & Dine in Hong Kong
Road Trips Foodies heading to Asia later this month may want to detour to Hong Kong. The eighth annual Wine & Dine festival will be held October 27 through 30, 2016, in the Central Harbourfront Event Space.
This year’s event, sponsored by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, features “emerging culinary talent from some of the trendiest restaurants and bars in the city”. More than 420 booths are expected.
In the Grand Pavilion, Grand Pass ticket holders will sample wine and signature dishes. The Discovery Zone highlights what’s new in the Hong Kong wine and spirits scene.
The new Street Eats section features “innovative takes on traditional street foods”. Hotel Delicious will be serving up “five-star delights” from some of the hotels around town. The Best of the Best Corner will be presenting creations by culinary “wizards”.
