From 5:30 to 8 p.m. October 20, 2016, panelists (holistic health specialists) will share their insights. Included are Dr. Kristine Tohtz, Dr. David Miller, and Chef and Dietitian Eric Meredith. This free event is open to health care professionals and the general public.

After the discussion, there will be a Q & A session followed by a healthy-cooking challenge led by Chef Eric Meredith. He will demonstrate how to make his version of healthy spring rolls.
