The 55th annual Bayfield Apple Festival takes place October 7, 8 and 9, 2016, along the shores of Lake Superior in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
Hours each day are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The fest is a celebration of the autumn harvest and Bayfield’s agricultural heritage, but what makes it a magnet for Road Trips Foodies? Apples!
More than 60 orchard and food booths will sell the region’s apples plus apple desserts and delicacies, caramel apples, apple pies, apple tortes, dumplings or tarts, apple sundaes, apple cider — even apple bratwurst, mustard, and butter.
