Terlingua International Championship Chili Cookoff
It’s the 49th year for the International Championship Chili Cookoff in Terlingua, Texas. It takes place November 5 through 7, 2015, not far from Big Bend National Park.
The judging takes place between 12:30 and 2:30 p.m. November 7.
There’s also a Cowboy Camp Croquet Challenge, Golf Shoot-Out, music and a World’s Championship Margarita Mix-Off.
This event takes place about the same time and near the same town as the Terlingua International Chili Championship, sponsored by the Chili Appreciation Society International. This cookoff is November 2 through 7, 2015, and also includes a dominos tournament, tequila party and a chili dog parade.
It’s gonna be a hot time in Terlingua the first weekend of November.
