“Return of The Mac” in Bloomington, Indiana
What could be yummier than a food fest dedicated to macaroni-and-cheese. Return of the Mac will be held in two afternoon sessions April 2, 2017, in the Monroe County Convention Center, 302 South College Avenue, Bloomington, Indiana.
Billed as the “first stop” on its 2017 tour, the fest also will be held in other Midwestern towns later in the year.
Attendees will sample cheesy creations from 20 restaurants in southern Indiana while chefs put their own spin on everyone’s favorite comfort food. Dishes will be judged by local foodies who will determine the winner of the Golden Noodle.

The event is sponsored by Chef’s Night Off and MOKB Presents. A portion of the proceeds will be benefit Bloomington Animal Care & Control. Chef’s Night Off is an ongoing series of “pirate” dinners, conceptualized and executed by cooks and bartenders from Indianapolis restaurants. MOKB Presents is a concert promotion and event services company.
