Bon Appétech
Good food innovation — if this is a term with which you’re familiar, you’re the target audience for Bon Appétech, a global conference scheduled for October 2 through 4, 2015, in the Mission Bay Conference Center, 1675 Owens Street, San Francisco, California.
It’s intended to launch the Good Food Innovation Movement, which will emphasize “empowering the food community to ensure that food innovation is used to improve the food system and increase access to healthy, nutritious, sustainable food”.
This inaugural conference will bring together food innovators, entrepreneurs, chefs, executives, food and beverage producers, farmers, technologists, global brands, investors, and journalists to explore novel ideas, showcase food products and discuss how food innovation can help improve the food system.
More than 100 speakers are scheduled, including Vinod Khosla of Khosla Ventures, Justin Massa of Food Genius and Andrea Cutright of Foodily.
In addition to the two days of interactive programming, the conference will provide the opportunity for food entrepreneurs to pitch their products at the Bon Appétech Startup Expo and Pitch Competition.
Registration information is available online.
