What could be better on a summer’s eve than plenty of bacon and live music?
The Downtown Bacon Throwdown & Music Fest takes place July 10 and 11, 2015, at Fifth and Washington streets in downtown Springfield, Illinois. Hours are 6 p.m. to midnight July 10 and 3 p.m. to midnight July 11.
Promised are 20 restaurants presenting a variety of bacon menu items (plus ethnic, classic and eclectic cuisine) and multiple live bands.
