Craft Beer Week in Madison

Wisconsin’s largest craft beer week celebrates its fifth anniversary May 1 through 10, 2015 (which, actually, is longer than a week in order to encompass two weekends).
More than 100 different Greater Madison area restaurants, pubs and breweries will host some 380 events as part of this year’s Madison Craft Beer Week.
This year’s “Common Thread” collaboration beer (an annual tradition) was made exclusively by female brewers in Wisconsin. The first tapping of Common Thread will take place at Wisconsin Brewing Company from 5 to 9 p.m. April 30, 2015 — and team of brewers that made the 2015 Common Thread will be on hand.
