The Wisconsin State BBQ Championship will be decided at the Grill Games, set for August 22 and 23, 2014, on the Lake Michigan shore of Kenosha, Wisconsin.
Look for chicken, pork ribs (loin or spare), Boston butt, picnic, whole shoulder and beef brisket at this Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned event.
There’ll be more food vendors, lots of live music and activities for the kids.
Proceeds of Grill Games 2014 help support programs at the YMCA, youth services in Kenosha County and the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce foundation scholarship fund.
