Bastille Festival
Just because you’re in Britain, Road Trips Foodies, that doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate Bastille Day.
London’s largest free Bastille Day festival celebrates France’s national day with an extravaganza of all things French from “midday until late” tomorrow (July 13, 2014) in the city’s Bankside area.
Celebrating French food, culture and music, the festival will include food and drink sampling, French artisan food stalls and Président® cheese giveaways.
Throughout the day and evening Borough Market will be joining in with celebrations with great food from their array of French traders, wandering performers and a French-themed demonstration kitchen. Street entertainment include promenading performance artists and musicians.
