Attention Road Trips Foodies: prepare yourselves for the ultimate rhubarb experience. Yes, the fourth annual Rhubarb Days are set for June 6 and 7, 2014, in Osceola, Wisconsin (map).
Promising “a bigger, better slice of everything rhubarb”, the fest also includes a farmers’ market, wine tasting and sale, carnival games, duckathon race and a musical revue titled “Stealing Rhubarb”.
Some of the tasty treats from the food vendors: rhubarb brat, rhubarb wine, pancake breakfast with rhubarb sauce, rhubarb baking competition and bake sale
It’s hosted by the Osceola Public Library.
