Your Road Trips Foodie isn’t sure that the Shakers would approve (they were teetotalers), but there’s going to be a Well-Crafted Festival at the Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, 3501 Lexington Road, Harrodsburg, Kentucky.
It’s set for August 8 and 9, 2014.
This inaugural festival celebrates the quality and diversity of Kentucky’s music and craft beer cultures by bringing together “a flavorful mix of up-and-coming local breweries with favorite local musicians in a venue like no other”.

The mission of Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, a non-profit corporation, is to preserve and maintain the site of the Shaker community which once existed here.
