Wine & Food Festival
The Wine & Food Festival at South Walton Beaches, Florida, is set for April 24 through 27, 2014, on Grand Boulevard at Sandestin.
The four-day festival, celebrating the area’s 16 distinct beach neighborhoods, will feature dozens of celebrity vintners offering more than 800 wines for tasting. The Savor South Walton Culinary Village will offer seminars on pairing food with wine, craft beer and spirits, while a Nashville songwriters showcase and a wine auction round out the program.
Chef Emeril Lagasse, who recently moved here, will entertain festival attendees April 26 with an informal interview with Christina Mariani-May, co-CEO of Banfi Vintners.
The South Walton Beaches Wine & Food Festival is held in partnership with Visit South Walton, Wine Enthusiast magazine and the Lagasse Foundation. Chef Lagasse’s special appearance at the festival benefits children’s charities in Northwest Florida.
