Ready, set, seek! Road Trips Foodies can join in the hunt at the annual Mushroom Festival in Mansfield Village, 62323 South Mill Road, Mansfield (Parke County), Indiana. It takes place April 26 and 27, 2014.
Want to hunt? you can register each day between 8 and 10 a.m. at Fox’s Overlook; fee is $8.
Road Trips Foodies can win a prize for the largest mushroom each day, regardless of where it was found. Visitors who join in the mushroom hunt can take home a hand carved mushroom walking stick — awarded to those who find the largest and most mushrooms.
Mushrooms will be sold at the Mushroom Auction both days in the Red Barn.
