Chocolate in Seattle
The seventh annual Luxury Chocolate Salon is set for 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. May 4, 2014, in the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, 2211 Alaskan Way, Pier 66, Seattle, Washington.
This is an opportunity for chocolate aficionados, fanatics, lovers and addicts to taste artisan, gourmet and premium chocolate. Tickets are available online.
Salon highlights include chocolate tasting, demonstrations, chef and author talks and ongoing interviews by TasteTV’s Chocolate Television program. Speakers include Barbie Van Horn – Finding Fine Chocolate, Julia Harrison – Sweet Travel, Aaron Barthel – Intrigue Chocolates Co. and Art Pollard – Amano Artisan Chocolate.
Participating chocolatiers, confectioners and other culinary artisans are Amano Artisan Chocolate, Intrigue Chocolate Co., Forte Chocolates, Gusto Chocolates, CocoTutti, Amella Caramels, Evolve Chocolate Truffles, Blue Streak Chocolates, Restless Chocolates, Maplecor, The TeaRoom Chocolate Company, Kallari Chocolate, Smitten Truffles, Dolcetta Artisan Sweets, KRAVE Jerky, Wine World & Spirits and Chocolate Shop Wine.
