Divas and Desserts
If you’re headed to Canada’s Prince Edward Island at the end of this month, consider adding a stop at the Beaconsfield Historic House, 2 Kent Street, Charlottetown, PEI, for “Divas and Desserts”.
The special event is set for 2:30 p.m. March 30, 2014. Tickets are CD$25.
Presented in partnership with the Prince Edward Island Registered Music Teachers’ Association. the Sunday afternoon social in Beaconsfield’s Carriage House includes music via voice, piano, flute and strings.
An extended intermission will feature a buffet of desserts including various gluten-free, dairy-free and nut-free temptations.
Built in 1877 for James and Edith Peake, Beaconsfield was one of Charlottetown’s most elegant homes.
