Gastrofestival Madrid

From January 24, 2014, through February 9, 2014, the city of Madrid, Spain, will be transformed into the world capital of gastronomy, and offers a multitude of culinary attractions.
This event is the Madrid Fusión International Gastronomy Summit, an “encounter between professional chefs”, but that’s not all.
The Gastrofestival part of the summit takes some of its creations out into the streets of Madrid. You’ll find everything from set menus in selected restaurants to culinary workshops to gastronomy-themed exhibitions in major museums.
