Here’s an opportunity to explore a French city while enjoying fine dining.
The Trolley des Lumières is dinner (or lunch) on the move through Lyon, France — nicknamed La Ville des Lumières and not to be confused with La Ville Lumière (otherwise known as Paris).
Diners climb aboard the bus and travel back in time in a mobile restaurant recalling the ambiance and flavors of old Lyon.
Chef Henri Balland is in charge of creating the menu, which incorporates seasonal and local ingredients and is inspired by generations of Lyon mothers. The wine selection comes via sommelier and wine merchant Alain Albert.
