Hollywood’s Tomato Fest

It’s tomato time at the Farmers’ Market in Hollywood (along Ivar and Selma Avenues between Hollywood and Sunset in Los Angeles, California).
Although the market is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Sunday, this Sunday — August 18, 2013, is Tomato Fest 2013.
In the center of the market between 9 a.m. and noon, visitors can sample all of the tomato varieties available in the Hollywood Farmers’ Market.
The Hollywood Farmers’ Market, founded in 1991, hosts 160 farmers, producers and food artisans.
