How about a virtual tour, Road Trips Foodies?
This one, designed by the American Dairy Association of Indiana, requires no mileage. It takes you to 30 different farms — one for each day of National Dairy Month (yes, that happens each June).
Each featured farm — from the furthest northwestern reaches of the state to the far southeast — was selected from among the 1300 that milk over 174,000 dairy cows daily. In total, Indiana dairy farms produce 3.8 billion pounds of milk annually, while contributing over $743 million to the state’s economy each year.
So, come along and visit “30 Dairies in 30 Days”.
