If your travels take you to Québec, Canada, this summer, Road Trips Foodies, you will want to check out the Gourmet Route.
An experience in agrotourism, the Gourmet Route is also a “discovery network” of traditional food-related companies in the province.
The Gourmet Route’s members are known for their passion for growing and processing fine products using a authentic methods. They will welcome you when you visit, and you can see, listen to, taste, touch and feel the flavors and know-how of their québecois foods.

The English-language version of the website is admittedly rudimentary, so if you can read French you’ll have a leg up.
