Heading to the Caribbean this month, Road Trips Foodies? On the heels of property-wide renovations, La Samanna on St. Martin in the French West Indies pops the cork with a selection of curated wine pairing dinners at the hotel’s La Cave wine cellar.
Available February 16 through 19, 2013, the interactive dinners will be hosted by Laurent Drouhin, the U.S. and Caribbean’s Ambassador/ Sales Director of Maison Joseph Drouhin winery, owner of 37 acres in the Chablis region in France.
The themed evenings will feature “A Celebration of Chablis,” “An Extraordinary Exploration of The Cote de Beaune (whites),” “Jewels of the Terroir in The Cote de Beaune,” and “Masterpieces of The Cote de Nuits.”
The per person rate for these wine dinners is $500, and seating is limited to 10 guests per dinner.
