Fondue Fridays

No, Road Trips Foodies, fondue is not passé. In fact, if you’re wandering Ontario, Canada, either this weekend or next, you can indulge in this classic in the Gardens Café of the Royal Botanical Gardens, 680 Plains Road West, Burlington (map).
“Fondue Fridays” will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. both February 8, 2013, and February 15, 2013. Admission is $22 per person, and reservations are required (905-527-1158 ext. 302).
A smorgasbord of dainty delights will be ready to be dipped in chocolate and/or cheese. You can also order from the café’s extensive wine and spirits collection.
