Street Eats Food Truck Festival
Everything from Tweety’s Pima Frybread to Desert Snow Shaved Ice to Bitchin’ Burgers will be served from the food trucks lined up for Street Eats.
It all takes place at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, 7555 North Pima Road, Scottsdale, Arizona (map), the baseball spring training location for both the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Colorado Rockies. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. January 12 and 13, 2013. General admission tickets are $10 (children 12 and under are free).
Who could resist? Besides continuous entertainment, there also will be a Twinkie eating contest, a hot dog eating contest and a pie eating contest.
If you’d like something a bit more upscale, spring for a $35 ticket to the Un-Wine-d Lounge. It includes event admission and access to Un-Wine-d Lounge for eight wine tastings with food pairings.
