San Diego Restaurant Week

From downtown San Diego’s historic Gaslamp Quarter to the beaches of La Jolla and Coronado and beyond, Road Trips Foodies who’ll be in the southern California city for the ninth annual San Diego Restaurant Week have some great deals to contemplate.

The celebration, set for January 13 through 18, 2013, provides opportunities to explore the region’s dining scene for a fraction of the normal expense. Diners can enjoy special three-course, prix-fixe dinner menus for just $20, $30 or $40 per person (beverages, tax and gratuity not included) at more than 180 participating restaurants.

San Diego Restaurant Week also includes lunch offerings, which give daytime diners the opportunity to feast on special two-course, prix-fixe lunch menus for just $10, $15 or $20 per person (beverages, tax and gratuity not included) at participating restaurants.

Tickets or special passes are not required for San Diego Restaurant Week; however, reservations are strongly recommended.

San Diego Restaurant Week is part of California Restaurant Month: 30 destinations across the state are hosting restaurant week events in January.
