James Beard Award–winning chef David Bouley accompanies the trip, which includes tours of a wasabi farm and a sake brewery plus a private cooking class with chef Bouley and a local Japanese chef.
Cities on the itinerary are Tokyo, Kyoto and Nagano.
Land cost for the 10 day tour departing March 5, 2013, is $12,650 (with a single supplement of $2,475.
